CARBONDALE, Sick. (KFVS) – The U.S. Division of Transportation gave an extra $4.3 million to the development of the Southern Illinois Multimodal Station.
The town of Carbondale made the announcement in a Fb submit on Wednesday, September 7.
They stated the entire grant funding for the mission is now at $21 million.
The town additionally revealed the primary 3D rendering of the ultimate design for the station.
In accordance with the town, building will start someday in summer time 2023.
